Split Tango Weekend 2026 brings the magic of Argentine tango to Split through a multi-day programme of dance evenings, live music performances, workshops, and social gatherings at some of the city's most attractive venues.

The festival brings together Argentine tango enthusiasts from Croatia and abroad, combining dance, culture, and tourism while promoting Split as a destination for tango lovers. The programme features milongas (Argentine tango dance evenings), performances by renowned tango musicians, a beginners' workshop, a guided city tour, and a special open-air milonga at the Peristyle.

This year's special guests are Argentine artists Agustín Guerrero (piano) and Leonel Capitano (vocals and bandoneon), joined by Croatian and international tango DJs.
