WINE VIP EVENT – International Wine & Gastronomy Event

The Wine ViP Event, a professional gathering dedicated to hospitality, tourism, and the eno-gastronomy industry, arrives in Split as part of its 10th anniversary edition.
The event will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026, starting at 2 PM, at Hotel Amphora, bringing together industry professionals, exhibitors, and wine and gastronomy enthusiasts.
The program begins with guest registration and a welcome aperitif, followed by eno-gastro partner presentations and a live cooking show highlighting local cuisine.
Throughout the day, visitors can attend expert lectures covering hospitality communication, wine list development, wine ageing potential, and sparkling wine trends, alongside workshops focused on olive oil and local premium products.
A special highlight is the gastro presentation “Fešta na tanjuru”, showcasing a creative fusion of Dalmatian and continental flavours.
Wine ViP Event also carries a strong humanitarian mission. Donations collected during the event will support the Županijska liga protiv raka Split, contributing to the purchase of an MRI device for Split’s hospital.
With a donation of €10 or more, visitors receive a tasting glass and access to all tastings, the charity cooking show, prize raffle, and evening music program.
Admission to the event — including all educational sessions, workshops, and tastings — is free of charge, continuing Wine ViP Event’s mission of connecting professionals, sharing knowledge, and promoting quality within Croatia’s eno-gastro scene.
