The Club Exhibition 2025 will open on Thursday, October 16, at 7 p.m.

The traditional Club Exhibition of the Split Photo Club is an annual showcase of the finest photographic achievements by its members over the past year. The exhibition offers a representative overview of the development of photographic creativity not only within the Club but also within the broader local scene. It stands as one of the Club’s most significant group exhibitions, with a tradition spanning nearly seven decades, bearing witness year after year to the vitality and continuity of photographic art in Split.

A total of 23 members of the Split Photo Club responded to the open call for the 2025 Club Exhibition. In the individual category, 106 photographs were submitted, of which 39 were selected, while in the collection category, 24 entries were received, and 8 collections were included in the exhibition. The theme of the call was open, which once again resulted in an exceptionally diverse selection of works – in subject matter, technique, and style alike. This very diversity, the stylistic and visual eclecticism, brings a distinctive charm and energy to the exhibition, making it a meeting point of different perspectives, sensibilities, and experiences.

Members of the Split Photo Club were invited to submit up to six individual photographs and up to two collections of a maximum of four photographs each, not older than August 8, 2024. All submissions were reviewed and evaluated anonymously by a professional jury consisting of:

Dr. Art. Svetislav Cvetković (academic painter and photographer),Valentino Bilić-Prcić (photographer), and Andrea Kaštelan (photographer, cinematographer, and multimedia artist).
