The aromas, flavors, and stories that connect the past, present, and future of Dalmatia are once again taking over Split!

This year’s Food & wine stories, part of the 4th Month of Gastronomy in Split, opens with Valcer pod jedrima (Waltz Under the Sails) – a festive event that brings together the sea, music, and gastronomy in an unforgettable open-air experience.

From October 25 to November 15, 2025, the city of Split will transform into a grand stage of Dalmatian tastes, scents, and traditions.

The event celebrates the spirit of the Mediterranean diet, inscribed on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, highlighting the importance of seasonality, sustainability, and togetherness for the future of tourism and the local community.
