11. PIANO LOOP FESTIVAL: LOVRE MARUŠIĆ, klavir

Lovre Marušić potvrdio je svoju međunarodnu reputaciju osvajanjem srebrne medalje na prestižnom pijanističkom natjecanju International Telekom Beethoven Piano Competition 2023 u Bonnu, Njemačka, gdje je također dobio posebnu nagradu za najbolju interpretaciju djela Roberta Schumanna, kao i osvajanjem srebrne medalje na International Piano Competition Cleveland 2021 u Clevelandu, SAD.

On je dobitnik brojnih značajnih nagrada na istaknutim pijanističkim natjecanjima, među kojima se posebno ističu:Prva nagrada na 20. Međunarodnom natjecanju Santa Cecilia u Portu (2018), Prva nagrada na Međunarodnom natjecanju IMF u Parizu (2018), Prva nagrada, nagrada za kompoziciju i nagrada publike na Međunarodnom pijanističkom natjecanju Isidor Bajić u Novom Sadu (2016).
 

Svoje prve lekcije klavira pohađao je kod Rozarije Samodol u svom rodnom Omišu. Pozvan od poznate ruske pijanistice Natalije Trull, 2006. godine odlazi u Moskvu na Centralnu glazbenu školu pri Državnom konzervatoriju P. I. Čajkovski, koju je uspješno završio 2011. godine.

Studije je započeo na Muzičkoj akademiji u Zagrebu u klasi Rubena Dalibaltayana, a nastavio u klasi Ljubomira Gašparovića, gdje je diplomirao. Postdiplomske studije nastavio je na Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt u Weimaru u klasi Grigorija Gruzmana.
 

Nastupa s uglednim orkestrima i prvoklasnim komornim sastavima, poput: The Cleveland Orchestra, Mariinsky Orchestra, Beethoven Orchestra Bonn, Zagrebačka filharmonija, Simfonijski orkestar Hrvatske radiotelevizije, Simfonijski orkestar, Vojvodine, Beogradski simfonijski orkestar, Irkutski filharmonijski orkestar, Simfonijski orkestar Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta Split, Escher String Quartet - New York, Beethoven Trio Bonn, Zagrebački solisti, Splitski solisti.
 

Primio je Rektorovu i Dekanovu nagradu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu za postizanje iznimnih rezultata tijekom studija.
 

Kao solist i komorni glazbenik nastupa na raznim festivalima i koncertnim serijama širom Hrvatske, Italije, Kine, Slovačke, Slovenije, Srbije, Crne Gore, Kosova, Austrije, Njemačke, Portugala, Francuske i SAD-a.
 

Trenutno je zaposlen na Muzičkoj akademiji u Zagrebu na poziciji asistenta na Katedri za klavir, a umjetnički je direktor Međunarodnog festivala komorne glazbe „Ostinato“ u Omišu, Hrvatska.
 

U sezoni 23/24 očekuje se da će imati turneje u Kini, turneju s Slovačkom filharmonijom i maestrom Danielom Raiskinom, kao i recitale i koncerte na prestižnim festivalima i u dvoranama u Italiji, Sloveniji, Njemačkoj, Portugalu, Španjolskoj i Hrvatskoj.

LOVRE MARUŠIĆ confirmed his international reputation by winning the silver medal at the prestigious piano competitions at the International Telekom Beethoven Piano Competition 2023 in Bonn - Germany followed by special prize for the best interpretation of piece by Robert Schumann as well as winning the silver medal at the International Piano Competition Cleveland 2021 in Cleveland, USA.
 

He is the winner of numerous significant prizes at prominent piano competitions, among which the following ones stand out: First prize at 20th International Competition Santa Cecilia in Porto (2018), first prize at the International Competition IMF in Paris (2018) as well as first prize, the commission award and the audience award at the International piano competition Isidor Bajić in Novi Sad (2016).
 

He took his first piano lessons from Rozarija Samodol in his hometown Omiš. Invited by the famous Russian pianist Natalia Trull, in 2006 he leaves for Moscow, to Central Music School at State Conservatory P. I. Tchaikovsky, which he completed successfully in 2011.
 

He started his studies at the Music Academy in Zagreb in the class of Ruben Dalibaltayan and continued in the class of Ljubomir Gašparović, where he graduated. He continued his postgraduate studies at the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt in Weimar in the class of Grigory Gruzman.
 

He performs with eminent orchestras and first-class chamber groups, such as: The Cleveland Orchestra, Mariinsky Orchestra, Beethoven Orchestra Bonn, Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra, Croatian Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra, Vojvodina Symphony Orchestra, Belgrade Symphony Orchestra, Irkutsk Philharmonic Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra of Croatian National Theatre HNK Split, Escher String Quartet - New York, Beethoven Trio Bonn, Zagreb soloists and Split soloists.
 

He received Rector’s and Dean’s Award of University of Zagreb for achieving extraordinary results during studying.
 

As a soloist and chamber musician he performs at various festivals and concert series all around Croatia, Italy, China, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Austria, Germany, Portugal, France and the USA.
 

Currently he is employed at Academy of Music in Zagreb at the position of the Assistant Chair at the Piano Department, and he is the artistic director of the International Festival of Chamber Music “Ostinato” in Omiš – Croatia.
 

In the season 23/24 he is expected to have tours in China, tour with the Slovak Phillharmonic and Mo. Daniel Raiskin, recitals and concerts at the prominent festivals and venues in Italy, Slovenia, Germany, Portugal, Spain and Croatia.
