From May 2 to May 6, 2026, Split’s Prokurative will be transformed into a unique open-air culinary stage where tradition, top-level gastronomy, local products, education, humanitarian spirit, and authentic Mediterranean lifestyle come together. Taste of Split 2026 brings five days of a rich program dedicated to the flavors of Split and Dalmatia, featuring the participation of restaurateurs, hoteliers, chefs, schools, winemakers, and numerous guests.

The festival is designed as a celebration of the city’s identity through food, customs, and togetherness, and during these days Prokurative will become an essential meeting point for locals, visitors, and all lovers of Dalmatian gastronomy.
