On International Women’s Day we are organizing a neighbourhood dance party. In the courtyard in front of Kvart Gallery in Trstenik, on Sunday (March 8) starting at 7 PM, a traditional dance party and vinyl listening session will take place. The March dance party is organized in collaboration with Analogija Split, and this year the music will be selected by Božo Gabrić. The poster for this year’s event was designed by Nikola Križanac. Entry is free, and dancers and vinyl lovers of all generations are welcome.

This year we celebrate March 8 with a small musical time machine – taking you from the 1950s to the 1980s. Expect rock’n’roll, classic rock, soul, funk and disco, all played exclusively from vinyl records for that authentic, nostalgic dance-hall experience from times past.

The Association for Contemporary Art KVART says: “It’s time to loosen up to timeless melodies, remember the dance steps from our youth, and fill the gallery dance floor with different generations. See you at the Sunday night fever!”
