SlatCroFest, a festival of Croatian desserts and sweet products, is held in the Cellars of Diocletian’s Palace and once again brings together the best of Croatia’s sweet gastronomy.

The festival takes place from 1 to 3 May and offers a rich programme that includes a sales fair featuring high-quality Croatian products, a professional conference, a guest exhibition, and a series of workshops for the public. This year also introduces an eno-gastronomic quiz and B2B workshops.

Over three days, Split becomes the centre of Croatian sweet gastronomy, giving visitors the opportunity to explore a rich dessert heritage, taste premium sweets, and take home the sweetest souvenirs. SlatCroFest invites all visitors to stay in Split and enjoy this unique sweet experience from 1 to 3 May in the Cellars of Diocletian’s Palace.
