To develop and raise the quality in all segments of tourist services in the city of Split, the Tourist Board of Split invites all stakeholders in tourism in the area of the city of Split to join the project of integral quality management - IQM Destination SPLIT.

The Tourist Board of Split finances the IQM Destination SPLIT project and participation in the project is free of charge for applied stakeholders.

Values that the stakeholder gets by joining the project and completing the initial application:

• individual report of online reputation and quality in the guest's opinion,
• marketing advice and recommendations on the possibilities of even more successful quality management,
• comparison of own quality with the quality of six competing facilities or partners in the world in qualitative elements of online reputation,
• information on the relationship between own quality compared to destination quality,
• quality certificate for excellence - IQM Destination SPLIT, if the registered stakeholder who joins has a quality above 85/100.

The Tourist Board of Split invites all interested stakeholders in the area of the city of Split (hotels, catering facilities, private accommodation, travel agencies, attractions, museums, etc.) to apply for participation in the project by filling out the Application form at the link: APPLICATION FORM - IQM Destination SPLIT.
