On the occasion of the Sudamja celebration, we invite you to a free concert by Mile Mijač, taking place on 6 May at the Beton Cinema of the Youth Centre Split.

Mile Mijač is a musician from Sinj who has been active on the alternative music scene for many years, and is best known to audiences as the drummer of the band M.O.R.T.

He began his singer-songwriter work at the end of 2011 under the name PBO, under which he released three studio albums. The singles “Kroz sutra” and “Posljednji dan” announced his album with accompanying music videos, revealing the musical direction he would pursue. The album Moramo pričati was released on 28 November 2024 and immediately appeared on the lists of the best albums of that year. Described as “a combination of blues, dark country & rock,” “a diary of country punk,” and “an alternative act we didn’t even know we needed,” the band received strong praise during their first tour in 2025. The tour included performances in Zagreb, Koprivnica, Sinj, Benkovac, Prijedor, Banja Luka, Rijeka, and other cities.

The band members are: Mile Mijač (guitar & vocals), Patrik Zelenika (guitar), Klara Pehar (violin & vocals), Luka Siničić (bass guitar), and Antonio Strižić (drums). Their second studio album is scheduled for release in mid-October 2026 and will be preceded by several upcoming singles.
