EUROPEAN RESEARCHERS’ NIGHT 2026 – Science Is Full of Wonders

Location: Campus, University of Split (Ruđera Boškovića 31)

Date: September 25, 2026

The European Researchers’ Night is traditionally held every year on the last Friday of September in various cities.

The event features a wide range of science and community activities aimed at engaging people of all educational backgrounds, particularly children and young people. The focus is on those who have limited access to science and research and are therefore less likely to engage with STEAM fields or research activities. The program offers a wealth of workshops, experiments, and games that combine science, creativity, and fun for all ages.

The 2026 European Researchers’ Night in Split will offer a rich program at the University Campus, featuring numerous interactive workshops, experiments, lectures, and activities for all ages. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the richness of the Adriatic Sea and its marine life, learn more about climate change and sustainability, discover the secrets of physics and chemistry, and delve into the worlds of medicine, nanotechnology, space, and new technologies. Special emphasis will be placed on the conservation of the marine environment, from marine ecosystem research and water protection to Mediterranean plants and sustainable agriculture.
