Festival of the Holy Cross
Traditional folk festival of the Holy Cross, the patron of the Veli Varoš is a traditional three day event of the Veli Varoš suburb. The event thrives with cultural and artistic events, from Dalmatian a capella singing groups, folk ensemble's, concerts, various exhibitions... The event is held traditionally in the month of May, usually as a part of the Festivities of St. Domnius.
