The Cinehill Film Festival, formerly known as the Motovun Film Festival, comes to Split’s Zlatna vrata Cinematheque from 22 to 24 October, presenting a selection of five films from this year’s festival programme. Audiences can look forward to award-winning films and stories spanning a variety of genres, from comedy-drama and an unusual cinematic adventure to a gripping thriller and horror. A special feature of the programme is that most of the films will not be available through regular domestic cinema distribution.

The festival opens on Thursday, 22 October, at 8 pm with the Mexican film Moscas (Flies), a double award-winner at this year’s Cinehill.

Friday’s programme features Kota (Hen) at 6 pm and Los Tigres (The Tigers) at 8 pm.

On Saturday, audiences can see Ministranci (Altar Boys) at 5:30 pm, followed by Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma at 8 pm.
