Split Format is an international festival established with the goal of promoting photographic practice and theory, art, intercultural dialogue, the exchange of ideas, and diverse perspectives through the most widespread medium of our time – photography.

The festival program includes a wide range of events such as exhibitions, workshops, Photo Talks, portfolio reviews, and lectures by renowned and internationally recognized photographers, making it accessible and engaging for a broad audience.

The Split Format Photography Festival was initiated by Maja Prgomet, president of Photo Club Split, together with its members, whose enthusiasm made the first edition of the festival possible.

For four days, Photo Club Split will become a true hub of activity – hosting lectures, workshops, and educational photo walks. The fifth edition of Split Format brings the richest and most exciting program yet!
