Dear citizens and visitors, 

A section of the Ivan Meštrović Promenade will be closed. On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, work will commence on the repair of a hazardous wall (70 m long and 6 m high) located in the Institute's area. Due to this, the road will be closed to all vehicle traffic. Bus line no. 12 will continue operating to Kašjuni, where a temporary turnaround has been provided. Pedestrians will be able to pass alongside the fenced construction site.

The works are expected to last about 6 to 7 months. So far, all main Marjan paths have been cleared and opened (I. Meštrović Promenade, M. Tartaglia Promenade, A. Marangunić Promenade, L. Botić Promenade), as well as Sustipan, Zvončac, Prva Voda beach, and the beach for persons with disabilities.

We kindly ask all visitors to use only the roadway. Leaving the roadway and entering pedestrian paths and forest trails that are not secured is at your own risk.

The Public Institution for the Management of Marjan Forest Park has marked all unsecured areas. We kindly ask you to respect the posted warnings.
