Split’s Đardin from 29 June to 7 July in the spirit of tradition, local flavours and sustainability

Đardin Park, in the very heart of Split, once again becomes a meeting point of tradition, local flavours, creativity and community through the 36th Fair of Authentic Products “Dalmacijo, sve ti cvitalo...”, taking place from 29 June to 7 July 2026.

The event has for many years brought together producers from all parts of Croatia and represents an important platform for promoting local products, traditional crafts and cultural heritage, with a special emphasis on supporting local creatives, artisans and small producers.

During the nine days of the fair, visitors will be able to enjoy a diverse offer of authentic products. The stalls will feature olive oils, wines, liqueurs, honey and bee products, organic sweets, cheeses, prosciutto, pancetta, kulen, spreads, fritters and pancakes.

Alongside the gastronomic offer, the fair also presents handmade crafts by local artists, antiques, souvenirs, natural cosmetics and various artistic items, further confirming its diversity and the richness of domestic production.

This year’s edition of the fair particularly highlights the values of inclusivity, sustainable development and socially responsible action. Through cooperation with local associations, the event provides space for initiatives that contribute to the quality of life in the community and encourage active citizen participation.
