Date: October 11 – 12, 2025, 11:00 – 22:30
The Feniks Association invites everyone to the most relaxing weekend of the autumn – the Mental Health Festival: Day of Mental Break!
The festival offers a vibrant mix of creative activities, inspiring workshops, sports, relaxation moments, socializing, and plenty of opportunities for connection and new beginnings. We’ve created a safe space where everyone is welcome – no masks, no rush, with the support of genuine encounters and a fun, cheerful atmosphere.
Dance and pottery workshops, group discussions, exhibitions, relaxing games, and socializing with soft music are just part of this year’s program! Join us, bring friends and family, share a smile – because mental health is everyone’s concern, and together we make a difference. The Mental Health Festival traditionally brings together all generations, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and the prevention of mental difficulties while celebrating World Mental Health Day through community gatherings, art, sports, relaxation, and a cheerful atmosphere. All activities are free and inclusive, designed for citizens of all ages, families, friends, children, grandparents, pets, and anyone who wants to spend a weekend in good company while caring for mental health in a creative and relaxing way.
Participants can enjoy a rich two-day program, with activities from early morning until evening:
- Sports Zone “Gym Under the Pine”: fun recreational exercises, volleyball, badminton, football, Zumba, Tai Chi, yoga, and meditation
- Creative Workshops: pottery, origami, mandalas, coloring books for children and adults
- Mini flea market and charity activities

Let’s celebrate courage, openness, and support each other during moments of rest. Choose your own pace, participate as you wish – through dance, play, group discussions, relaxing on blankets or hammocks, or strolling through the park.
