Restaurant Gudin is celebrating its second anniversary and on this occasion is organizing an all-day birthday event at Pazar in Split on Sunday, 26 April.

The public is invited to join a celebration that brings together gastronomy, drinks, music, and the distinctive Split atmosphere in the unique setting of Green market (Pazar). For this special occasion, a rich program has been prepared, featuring a range of culinary and musical content as well as guest appearances.

As part of the gastronomic program, visitors can expect a spectacular 60-kilogram mortadella from Bologna (Corte Buona), which will be sliced live at the market stalls and served with focaccia from La Feta bakery. Chef Lucijo will prepare a selection of dishes on the smoker, including ćevapi, sausages, ribs, and Cubano sandwiches, while the oven will offer baked specialties such as bajadera and suckling pig.

The drink selection includes sparkling wines, red wines, beer, and Mediterranean classics such as sangria, tinto de verano, and gemišt, further rounding out the relaxed, festival-like atmosphere. A special part of the program is the guest appearance by Bar Sistema (50 Best Discovery), who will present a limited selection of cocktails.

For additional entertainment, a GUDIN prize game with scratch cards offering various rewards for visitors has also been prepared.

The music program is led by DJ duo Aquemini (Viktoria b2b Frequenia), delivering a selection of funky grooves, disco classics, and underground gems, while the live performance will be held by ENIA, a Split-based vocalist whose style blends hip hop, soul, funk, and jazz into energetic and emotionally rich performances.

The program runs throughout the day, from 12:00 to 19:00, alternating between DJ sets, live performance, and musical gatherings. The schedule is as follows:

• 12:00 – 14:30 Aquemini
• 14:30 – 15:00 ENIA live
• 15:00 – 17:00 Aquemini
• 17:00 – 19:00 final music program and social gathering
