GROUP EXHIBITION OF FLU BELGRADE STUDENTS
Location: Kvart Gallery (Put Trstenika 1)
Date:July 18 - 20, 2025
The exhibition “The J Word” brings together works by students of the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade, offering an overview of current reflections within a new generation of artists who operate on the edge of institutional education and their own authorial positions. The title “The J Word” does not impose a theme; rather, it acts as a semantic provocation – a fragment, a whisper, a suggestion for dialogue. As Roland Barthes would say, meaning is not predetermined but produced in relation to the observer: these works do not carry a single message, but rather a possibility of multiple meanings.
Exhibited works:
- Đorđe Tufegdžić: Pissing Anthropology, 2025, photo documentation of installation
- Ivanja Todorović: Institution/Poetry, 2025, video performance
- Luka Joksimović: Slavic Submission, 2024, video performance
- Sanja Lazić: Travelogue, 2025, photo documentation
- Saška Ristić: Sul sul SKC, 2025, video performance
- Ana Stojković: Are You Sick of Breaking Through in the Art Scene?, 2023, video performance
Come, explore the works, meet the artists, and discover something new.
