This year, a Christmas atmosphere awaits citizens and visitors in Šperun, the most beautiful square in Varoš. This square has always been the center of social life in that part of Split. The Christmas decor for Šperun was made by students of the Faculty of Architecture in Split.

This initiative was supported by the restaurateurs of nearby facilities and they will provide a rich gastronomic offer and an interesting cultural and social program.

In addition to acoustic performances on Wednesdays and Saturdays, pub quizzes, gastro offer, and other programs, citizens will be able to join a walking tour through Varoš on weekends with official tourist guides, and in that way visit the most famous Varoš sights and listen to rarely told stories about this Split jewel.

During the entire Christmas period, taverns Dujkin Dvor, Marjan, Trattoria Tinel, and Buffet Šperun will ensure a good mood and even better specialties.

During the entire period of Advent Šperun, ambient music will play, and on WEDNESDAY from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m., a DJ will play, and on SATURDAY from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., an acoustic duo, according to the schedule below:

As for the daily program, every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) at 11:00 a.m., there is an expert guided tour for the citizens of Split that goes on a tourist walk through the Veli Varoš quarter. 2 groups are planned per day (max. 60 pax). Guests are only asked to prepare HRK 10.00 for the entrance to St. Cross and St. Mikula (10.00 HRK per person for both churches).
