EXHIBITION: BODY WITHOUT ORGANS

EXHIBITION: BODY WITHOUT ORGANS

Location: Salon Galić (Marmontova 3, 21000 Split)

Due to the epidemiological situation, the official opening will not happen, and the Salon Galić gallery will be open to the public from Wednesday, March 3, at 07:00 p.m. Admission is free.

The exhibition "Body without Organs" by the young Split artist Nikolina Kuzmić closes the cycle of exhibitions by which HULU Split in the Salon Galić presents young authors at the beginning of their artistic careers.

Body without organs is an artistic conception composed of four separate but thematically related works - Archive of pathological glasses; When I grow up, I will be a patient; 1966/1967/1994/2000, Kuzmić; and Untitled (a mechanism). In her work, Nikolina Kuzmić examines the concepts of biopolitics and biotechnology while dealing with the relationship between art and medical sciences, which she considers more obvious and prominent today.

The curator of the project is Ivana Vukušić.

HŽPP will provide a 40% discount on return tickets by train to anyone who wants to come to Split to see the exhibition.

Gallery opening hours: Mon-Sat: 10:00 a.m. - noon / 04:00 - 08:00 p.m. Closed on Sundays.
