ADVENT ON MARMONTOVA STREET

ADVENT ON MARMONTOVA STREET

The exhibition "Turn to love" of Split photographers brings us back to the fundamental Advent emotions

Happiness, love among people, and the exchange of tender emotions on the streets of Split are the main motives of the photo exhibition "Turn to Love", which Split will enjoy throughout the Christmas period. Looking at the exhibits from the past years in which we carelessly walked the streets of the city and gathered to celebrate Christmas, the authors of the exhibition invite everyone to turn to love because one day all friends will be together again and exchange touching, sincere, and intimate congratulations. Love is that emotion that unites us and makes us look out for each other so we can celebrate again. The exhibition throughout Marmontova Street, as part of Advent in Split, was set up by Photo Club Split in cooperation with the Tourist Board of Split under the auspices of OTP bank.

Photos of love and emotions captured throughout the streets of the city of Split are the work of members of the Photo Club Split. Photos have been taken during many walks around the city during the winter and Advent period. Remembering the core values of Christmas and keeping our eyes on the photographs, it becomes clear that Advent does not make a crowd of people but creates magic through a series of isolated moments of attention and smiles.

The open-air exhibition will provide even greater security for intentional and accidental visitors who can enjoy the photos until January 6. New information and activities during Advent in Split are available on the website of the Split Tourist Board, Facebook page Visit Split, Twitter's visitsplit profile, and Instagram's visitsplit profile.
