The Museum of Croatian Archaeological Monuments (MHAS Split) is celebrating the 130th anniversary of the foundation of the museum this year, so it has prepared a new exhibition for visitors:

Chroatorum bellatores – early medieval warriors

The exhibition will be set up in the gallery of the museum building and will occupy a space of about 500 square meters. Over 250 original objects associated with warriors will be presented here, as well as rich visual and audiovisual content that should help in understanding the object, the theme, and the temporal and geographical context. The exhibition is intended for all interested visitors, regardless of age and prior knowledge.

The official presentation of the exhibition will be on May 18, 2023, on International Museum Day, at 7:00 p.m.  Visiting the museum and the exhibit on the opening day is free.
