The traditional annual photo exhibition of young female and male photographers, "Splitska.tiramola", will open on Friday, December 9, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Photo Gallery of the Photo Club Split (Marmontova 5, 21000 Split).

This year, 92 authors under 30 responded to the competition announced by the Association for the Promotion of Youth Culture "Splitski Portal". 69 photographs of the 39 selected authors will display at the exhibition.

The photo exhibition "Splitska. tiramola" was held for the first time 17 years ago and has had a simple concept from the beginning. All exhibited photographs were taken in Split, and the authors had not yet celebrated their 30th birthday on an opening day.

The setting of this traditional exhibition was chosen this time by the young photographer Anđela Vidić.

"Splitska. tiramola" also has a humanitarian character this time. All the photos that are selected for the exhibition with the author's permission will be sold at the 21st humanitarian campaign "And where are you?" by the association "MoSt" on the Split Riva on December 10, 2022 (postponed to December 17, 2022, in case of a bad weather). Traditionally in December, aid is collected for the beneficiaries and the decoration and furnishing of the Center for homeless people.

The exhibition takes place with the financial support of the City of Split, the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia, and Locastic, and you can see everything "drying" at this year's Split Tiramola until December 30, 2022, during the working hours of the Photo Gallery of the Photo Club Split.
