This year's Split carnival will take place from February 22nd to March 4th, offering a rich program for all generations.  

Led by this year's Masters of the Carnival, the masqueraders will take over the keys to the city on Saturday, February 22nd, and kick off the carnival celebrations. Until then, we invite you to consider which characters will inspire your costumes this year and join us for days of fun that will unfold throughout the city, especially at Prokurative.

The program will feature schools, kindergartens, animators, mascots, dance groups, music schools, and majorettes. In addition to many local residents, allegorical floats, which were very popular in last year's grand parade, are expected to participate. There will also be face-painting corners for those who decide to join the masquerade at the last minute, and sweet surprises await the youngest.

Traditional awards will be presented for the best costumes, so we encourage everyone to prepare and join the fun.

A special highlight will be the concert by Maja Šuput, which will further elevate the atmosphere and provide a pleasant experience for all visitors.
