Black Coffee is a well-known Split jazz band that has been active since 1993 and boasts 12 studio albums, 3 Porin discography awards, and held performances at domestic and foreign jazz festivals.

Tihomir Hojsak and Filip Novosel form a duo with double bass and tambourine through which they promote Croatian music, tradition, and culture uniquely. Both are educated musicians, composers, artists who presented their joint work to the public for the first time in 2016 with their debut album “Bow vs. Plectrum “. A year after its release, in 2017, the album was nominated in four categories for the Porin Music Award. This duo combines styles with sources in the ethnic music of the Balkans and Pannonia and contemporary jazz, and performers are the authors of original compositions, which in their virtuoso interpretation, especially improvisations, further emphasize the potential of instruments.

Sara & Jappa, Željko Brodarić Jappa and Sara Brodarić Šegvić, father and daughter, are a jazz duo from Split who base their performances on intimate vocal interpretations of jazz classics of the last century with an acoustic guitar. These are jazz standards popularized by Broadway and Hollywood musicals and covered in their versions works by Peggy Lee, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Frank Sinatra, and other legendary performers of the jazz genre.
